Cancellation policy

To obtain a full refund you must cancel up to 7 days before the start time of the experience or within 24 hours after you have made the reservation, as long as it is made when there are more than 48 hours left before the start of the activity.

In the event that unforeseen events arise outside your control after making the reservation and make it impossible or illegal to complete it, participants who are affected by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a partial or full refund of the amount.

What events are covered:

This Policy uses the term “event” to refer to the following situations that occur after the reservation, which are unknown at the time of booking and legally prevent or prohibit the completion of the reservation.

Changes in a government’s travel requirements. Unexpected changes in the visa and passport requirements imposed by a government agency that prevent travel to the destination. This does not include lost or expired documents or other personal circumstances related to a participant’s travel authorization.

Declared emergencies and epidemics. The government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics and public health emergencies.

Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a government agency that prevent or prohibit traveling, staying or returning from the location of the space. This does not include alerts for non-mandatory travelers or similar government advice.

Military actions and other armed conflicts. Acts of war, armed confrontations, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder and civil riots.

Natural disasters. Natural disasters, fortuitous cases, large-scale interruptions of essential public services, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and other serious and abnormal climatic events. This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common and predictable in a certain area, for example, hurricanes that occur during the hurricane season in Florida.

Situations without coverage

Everything else. This Policy only allows cancellations for the Events described above. Everything else is excluded. Some of the examples of situations for which this Policy does not allow cancellations include: unexpected ailments, illnesses or injuries; government obligations such as jury service, court appearances or military duties; travel alerts or other government guidance (that do not comply with a travel ban); cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the reservation was made; and transport interruptions not related to a Covered Event If you cancel a reservation in these cases, the refund amount will be determined based on the circumstances that apply.
